2012 LensRentals.com Customer Survey
Every year, we ask our customers to take a few minutes and fill out our customer survey. The results of this survey help us identify what areas we can improve upon here at LensRentals, so that we can try and deliver even better service to you in the future. Your answers also help us learn more about how you came to find us, so that we can learn the best ways to go about recruiting new members to our cult attracting new customers.
As always, we will only be using the results of this survey internally, and the information will not be used to contact/bug/harass you in any way. We do give you the option of submitting your email address, but this is only used to select the four winners of a $250 LensRentals.com gift certificate. Other than that, we ask for no personally identifying information.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have gotten from your team. In turn I have recommended you highly to members of our camera club, and on POTN repeatedly.
I know that through my referring people to you has brought you much more business than my liittle ole self could do. But I have recommmended you because of the really wonderful service I have received from you.
All I can say is keep up the good work, I do wish however that you were a Canon and Sigma dealer and sold there products new. We really need a good outfit to purchase from that has the customer care ethic your team has.

I agree with W. Hampton. You have built up a company that people trust and it would be great if you were a Dealer for Canon, Sigma and even Nikon. People are spending their $$ at B&H, why not spend it with you. Your selling of your old stock is great for everything except I have to convince my wife “I really need this lens.” You have 2 or 3 for sale I need right now!
I know it might not be a $$ maker ( so why do it ) but I would like to see you set up a website so people could buy sell and trade photos equipment. I know there are sites out there that do this, but I don’t like or trust them.. you I do.

I have rented from you before and i was throughly impressed with the customer service i received and the lens i rented was top notch. I am about to rent another lens now to take pictures of a high school production of Hairspray (head shots and show). So i am amped to get this lens. This is the place i recommend to everyone to rent lenses! Thank you for doing a great job!!!
