New Items for August

A note: We haven’t done this in the past (well, before July), but we realized you have no way of knowing we carry all the items you want. That is, without combing the Lensrentals.com site daily (you know who you are). So, we’re creating a monthly (or so) post featuring important new items.

For those of you who like to know where they can find new gadgets and hard-to-find items, here’s the place.

Video

The Canon XF 300 is the first ‘Professional’ Canon video camera we’re carrying (did you know we also carry Sony, Panasonic, and JVC video cameras?).

Lomandy Explorer Jib
You asked for it, we needed it. A semi-portable (well, shippable anyways) jib!

Also, last month we began carrying a set of Zeiss CP.2 Primes, now individual ones are starting to trickle in. First, the 25mm T2.9.

Photo Viewing

We’ve needed a photo viewer like this for a long time… now renting the iPad with photo viewing stand and photo connection kit.

Nikon

Voigtlander 90mm for Nikon is here! A manual-focus only lens that’s fun to take out to do some psuedo-macro shooting.

Leica

We’re now carrying the Leica 21mm f/2.8. Along with that lens, we now carry the Leica 21/24/28 viewfinder for use with wide-angle lenses.

Hasselblad

We’ve begun carrying the HCD 35-90mm f/4-5.6 as well, in addition to the 28mm, 50mm, 100mm, and 120mm Macro.
