Canon 200mm f/2.8L

The best lens nobody knows about. The 200L is as sharp and nearly as fast as the famed Canon 135L. Its small size allows it to be a ‘stealth’ telephoto, since no one realizes you’re working with a long lens. Takes a 1.4x teleconverter quite well, making it a 280mm f/4.

For Sale: We have two copies of the Canon 200 f2.8 L lens rotating out of stock. Both are in excellent condition with perfect glass and mechanicals, with hood. There are minor scuffs on the lens hood and caps, and a couple of tiny scratches on the barrel. Selling for $680. Roger’s Take: For years now I think I’m the only person who likes this lens and I can’t understand why. Its sharper than the 70-200mm f/2.8 zooms and a third of the size and cost. Its inconspicuous and great for spontaneous photography. People who start posing when they see a big white lens never look twice at a camera with this mounted. My personal favorite use is events that won’t allow “professional” lenses in the stands— security won’t let me in with a big white lens but never look twice at the 200.
