Cable shutter release for shooting without touching the camera. Most useful when vibration and camera shake are critical, such as long telephoto exposures on tripod mounted cameras. The cable is 2.5 feet long, so it’s not too useful for taking those dramatically posed self portraits.

This cord does not fit the T2i (or earlier Rebel-series cameras).
