The T2i is a crop sensor SLR that has a 18-Megapixel CMOS sensor with improved light sensitivity for low-light shooting, a new advanced HD movie mode, and is capable of shooting 3.7 frames per second.

The T2i also features Advanced Live View, a wide-area screen, and and a lighting optimizer that preserves shadow detain in high contrast situations. And of course, the T2i shoots full HD video: 1920×1080 @ 24, 30, and 60 fps, among others.

Note: The T2i uses SD Memory cards

Videographers: SLR sensors that are run for prolonged times (several minutes), run at high ISO, and sometimes simply randomly will develop “hot pixels”. Each camera is tested before being sent out for any hot or dead pixels, but they still happen during shooting. Check your video in the field! Resting the camera for 15 minutes may clear the issue up, but not always. If your rental camera develops a hot pixel we will send you a replacement overnight, but that is all we can do. This is a well known phenomenon and is consistent with the manufacturer’s design, so the operator’s failure to be aware of it is not our responsibility.

Note: All of our cameras ship with one fully charged battery, instruction sheet, the battery charger, and a bag. A lens does not come with the camera. Additionally, due to the license agreements, we cannot send the Canon software with the camera.

Shipping

LensRentals.com ships via UPS 2-day service, unless your rental requires faster shipping. Return shipping is included in the shipping price, and we include a prepaid return label with your order—all you need to do is bring it to a UPS drop-off location when your rental is complete.
