Canon’s smaller Macro ringlight, the MR-14 has circular twin flash tubes that can fire at even power, or vary individually over a six-stop range to provide contrast. One or more Canon Speedlites can be used as wireless slaves triggered by the MR-14EX for additional lighting. The controller unit now has an illuminated full-info LCD panel and complete E-TTL control.
Please Note: In order to use this macro flash with the Canon 180mm f/3.5 macro, you must also rent the Canon Macrolite 72mm Macro Flash Adapter.  To attach to the 100 f/2.8 IS Macro “L” lens requires the “Canon Macrolite 67mm Adapter”http://www.lensrentals.com/rent/canon-macrolite-67mm-flash-adapter/for-canon.
