The Ray Ring Flash adapter is an alternative to a stand alone ring flash. It attaches to a shoe mounted flash and, using internal prisms and light shapers, projects the light evenly from the ring around the lens. It provides the shadowless central lighting on the subject, like a true ringflash, but has the advantage of maintaining the TTL functions of the original shoe mounted flash.

This fits the Canon 580EX II flash on 30D/40D/50D/7D/5D cameras only. It does not fit on 1D series bodies!
