20.2MP Sensor. The DxO ONE’s 20.2MP 1-inch back-illuminated CMOS sensor offers rich image quality and noteworthy low-light performance. The camera uses the same image-processing technology found in DxO’s photo editing software. The ONE offers a full range of manual controls, including an extended sensitivity range from ISO 100-51200 and selectable shutter speeds from 15 to 1/8000 sec.
Fast f/1.8 Aperture; Semi-Wide Angle. The ONE features an 11.9mm f/1.8 prime lens that provides a 32mm field of view (35mm equivalent). Six aspherical elements reduce chromatic aberrations and distortions while producing a sharp, clear image with great color accuracy. The DxO ONE has an f/1.8 aperture offers improved shooting in low-light conditions and control over depth of field. The six-blade aperture gives you a pleasing bokeh effect.
SuperRAW and DNG File Formats. The ONE comes pre-configured to record in JPG + DNG, giving you one file for quick sharing online and another for further editing purposes. The ONE’s proprietary SuperRAW capture mode is perfect for extreme low-light shooting. It takes four successive images and composites them to increase sensitivity and reduce noise. The JPG + DNG shooting mode offers extensive compatibility with image-editing applications, while the SuperRAW .dxo file format requires DxO Connect Software.
Video Modes. The ONE records 1080p/30 video and slow-motion video at 720p/120.
Internal Battery. The DxO ONE uses an internal rechargeable Lithium-ion battery pack with a life expectancy of around 200 RAW image captures. When not in use, DxO recommends locking your iPhone screen and closing the ONE’s camera cover to conserve battery life.
