A rather amazing lens: the equivalent of a 300mm f/2 on a full frame camera, when combined with Olympus in-body image stabilization, it’s very capable of being shot while hand-held with no tripod or monopod. With 11 elements including ED and Super ED glass, it’s an amazingly sharp telephoto lens, perfectly suited for indoor sports like basketball or hockey.

Tim’s Take:
This might be my favorite 4/3 lens. A 300mm equivalent, this lens provides you with awesome results. with the fast autofocus and very fast f/2 aperture, you can catch things that you shouldn’t be able to catch. Also, in-camera stabilization works wonderfully with this lens. If I have any chance to shoot with this lens, I use it!
