The 11-16mm gives a true f/2.8 aperture in an ultra-wide angle lens, something not available from anyone else. This lens is made for crop sensor cameras (A700, A55, etc…) only. Reviews are excellent, although most do note that it’s not quite as sharp at f/2.8 as it is when stopped down a bit.
