The Manfrotto 529B high hat allows shooting from a minimum height of 5.7 inches. The feet are rubber padded to protect delicate surfaces, and have holes for securing to a ladder, an apple box or a sheet of plywood. The baby legs come with a Manfrotto 503 fluid head and a 100mm bowl and the whole kit is rated to hold up to 44lbs (this puppy is tough so we believe it…). Works with all of our video cameras and sliders, assuming you need a really short tripod.
