The Tokina 11-20mm f/2.8 AT-X PRO DX is an ultra-wide zoom lens designed for Canon crop-frame DSLRs and cinema cameras. Key features include:
- Ultra Wide. Improving on its predecessor, the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 AT-X Pro DX-II, the 11-20mm offers APS-C shooters a focal length equivalent to 17.5-32mm after sensor crop. This produces a field of view of 104.34° – 72.42°, making it a great choice for landscapes, cityscapes, architecture, interiors, etc.
- Fast Aperture. Its f/2.8 constant-aperture throughout the zoom range gives flexibility in low-light shooting. It also enables better subject / background separation than the slower variable-aperture ultra wides.
- Optics. The twelve group / fourteen element design features one hybrid aspherical (front) and two two glass-molded aspherical elements (rear) to minimize distortions and correct aberrations, while three ultra-low dispersion elements improve color accuracy and image clarity. Its internal focusing system has a one-touch focus clutch mechanism for quick-switching from auto to manual focus.
