The MicroSync is a radio transmitter and receiver. Using a hot shoe mount transmitter about the size of a CompactFlash memory card, it instantly sends a wake-up AND triggering signal to its mated Phono, or Mono Plug style receiver plugged directly into your strobe pack or monolight. We also send the mini phono adapter.

This 4 channel system functions through walls, at distances of up to 100 feet, and works with a top camera shutter speed of 1/180 second. The default channel is #1, but the frequency may be reset easily, should there be any local radio interference.

Due to the size of the transmitter and the placement of the sync input, this system will not fit on the Profoto D1 light units.

Note to Sony Shooters: If you are using a Sony Alpha camera, due to the proprietary hotshoe, you must also rent the Sony FA-HS1AM Hot Shoe Adapter to make use of this item if you do not already own one.
