Both the charging and pairing process are relatively tedious. You’ll want to familiarize yourself with the User Guide to ensure you’re performing all of the steps correctly.
The TB50 batteries have their own firmware. While we update all firmware before shipping an order, we have no control over firmware releases that occur during your rental. All this said, you should be prepared to update firmware if needed.

How many batteries are included with the rental of this product?

This product is for a single DJI TB50. If you need multiples, which you more than likely will, increase quantity in cart.
Alternately, we also rent the DJI Power Kit for Inspire 2 / Ronin 2 which includes (4) batteries and the Charging Hub for Inspire 2 / Ronin 2.
