Does this grip include an additional battery slot?

While many add-on grips also provide an additional battery slot, this grip doesn’t. It’s just a thumb grip for improving ergonomics.

Is this grip compatible with the Sony FDA-EV1MK Electronic Viewfinder?

Since the TGA-1 Grip mounts to the RX1 / RX1R hot shoe, it’s not compatible with the Sony FDA-EV1MK Electronic Viewfinder. However, the TGA-1 has no effect on the RX1R II pop-up EVF.
