In this kit, you’ll find a camcorder, external mic, fluid head tripod, memory card, battery, and related accessories—every component you’ll need to start shooting. If we’ve done our job as curators, you’ll be able to unbox and assemble this kit in less than fifteen minutes, and get shooting with minimal technical expertise.
The LensRentals Advanced Tripod Kit provides stable fixed-position shooting with smooth pan and tilt functions. The supplied fluid head tripod gives you a compact, lightweight solution that’s entirely freestanding. The included shotgun microphone is designed to only pick up the audio in front of it, which will minimize the recording of distracting ambient noise and chatty parents standing around the camcorder.
The XA30 camcorder comes preset to record up to nine hours of high-quality Full HD video to the included card. The fixed 20x zoom lens lets you get close to the action, even when you’re relegated to the sidelines or the back of the room. The supplied rechargeable battery will power the camcorder for approximately two hours per charge, and you can use the AC adapter if you need to record for longer.
