Gold Mount Power Extension. The Core SWX Battery Plate for Sony PXW-FX9 (Gold Mount) adds gold mount battery compatibility to the Sony PXW-FX9 by way of an integrated 19.5 VDC output cable. Hot swapping is supported when used with a compatible 4-pin XLR ac adapter or BP-U30/35-type battery, though neither is included with this rental.
Milled Aluminum Battery Back. Constructed of milled aluminum, the CXA-FX9 installs using the same groove-and-protrusion designed utilized by the XDCA-FX9, and mounts to the top of the camera using a 3-stud locking system, for a seamless, snug external battery platform that won’t weigh down your rig.
Accessory Support. The plate is equipped with two DC 11.9-17v unregulated d-taps, as well as a single 1/4"-20 mounting point, allowing you to easily integrate common accessories like on-camera monitors, recorders, and wireless transmitters.
