Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM for Canon

The Sigma 85mm f/1.4 is a high quality, fast aperture prime lens. Its 85mm focal length makes it perfectly suited for portrait photography, as well as low-light event photography. It features Sigma’s top-of-the-line EX build quality, with aspherical and low dispersion elements used to provide optimum image quality. With the built-in silent HSM focusing motor, it performs great for video shooters as well. Its circular 9-blade aperture ring allows for a smooth background blur, while the multi-layer lens coatings keeps pesky flares at bay.
Please note: This is an f/1.4 aperture lens. It will probably require autofocus microadjustment on your camera to give you sharp images wide open. If your camera does not have that feature, or you are not comfortable using it, please don’t rent this lens. If you are not used to working with wide-aperture lenses, please read this link before deciding if this is a good choice for you.
