Zeiss ZM 18mm f/4 Distagon for Leica

The Zeiss ZM 18mm f/4 Distagon is a compact ultra-wide angle lens for Leica M-mount cameras. Despite its wide 98° angle of view, it offers very good distortion correction and outstanding performance across the image frame. It has a minimum focusing distance of 1.8’, making exaggerated perspective shots possible. The lens is coupled to the camera rangefinder, allowing accurate focusing, but you may want to consider renting a wide angle viewfinder to aid in image composition (not included, separate rental item). Its low distortion makes the ZM 18mm f/4 Distagon a great choice architectural and landscape photography.
Please Note: To best make use of this lens, we suggest the use of an external viewfinder to aid in composing.
