Schneider Cine-Xenar III EF Lens Set

Manufactured in Germany by Schneider-Kreuznach, this Cine-Xenar III EF-mount lens set was designed with Digital Cinema in mind. Its 31.5mm image circle provides ample coverage for APS-C / Super35 sensors and support up to 2K/4K/5K Cinema. The telecentric optical design provides even illumination of the sensor, and the Special Schneider-Kreuznach high performance coating allows improved image performance and flare suppression. Its 18 blade Iris provides extremely smooth and round bokeh for exceptional backgrounds.
Across the board, the Cine-Xenar III lineup has an outside diameter of 104mm with a 100mm x 0.75 filter thread, and they are all color-matched to allow simple changing of lenses. There’s virtually no breathing/change in image size when focusing and and all focus and iris gears are in the same position. We include a Zacuto Lens Support to help support the weight of the lens when using a shoulder mount (not included) or other 15mm rail system.
The Cine-Xenar III lenses are designed for APS-C sensors. They will not work with full-frame Canon DSLRs.

LensRentals.com ships via the appropriate FedEx service necessary to have your rental arrive on the date selected. Return shipping is included in the shipping price, and we include a prepaid return label with your order - all you need to do is bring it to a FedEx drop-off location when your rental is complete. If you prefer UPS shipping, you can select it during the checkout process for about 10% more.
