The Rokinon 85mm T1.5 Cine is a fast aperture, short tele lens that’s been optimized for video use. What you’re essentially getting is the Rokinon 85mm f/1.4 with a video lens build. It features geared manual focus and stepless aperture rings, allowing out-of-box compatibility with industry-standard follow focuses.
The lens has clearly labeled depth of field markings for simplifying focus pulls, offering a minimum focus distance of 3.38’. The 85 T1.5 Cine offers full-frame coverage and is compatibile with any Nikon f-mount camera. Its 7 group / 9 element design with 1 aspherical element provides images with maximum sharpness and contrast. The multi-layer coated lenses minimize lens flare, with the included petal-type hood offering even more prevention.
