Nikon D3300

Available Today

The Nikon D3300 is a high resolution, entry-level DSLR and update to the previous generation D3200. Key features include:

  • High Resolution Sensor. The D3300 houses a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor that lacks an optical low-pass filter, providing sharper images at the expense of possible moirĂ©. It has a normal ISO range of 100-12,800, with the ability to expand that to 25,600 if needed. The 5fps continuous frame rate is useful for shooting your kid’s sporting events, but you’d be hard-pressed to push it much more.
  • Improved Video. The D3300 offers improved video performance that’s essentially the same as its big brother, the D5300. Full HD 1080/60p recording in the MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format, with subject-tracking continuous autofocus possible. There’s a built-in stereo mic for quick and easy audio recording with the option to plug in an external mic via 3.5mm input.
  • User-Friendly Controls. The simple-to-use Guide Mode is carried over from the D3200, making novice users feel at home. Camera settings and adjustments are very simple to understand, with multiple automated modes and well as full manual control for those who want to delve deeper. The large 3" 921K rear LCD is great for composition of both stills and video.
  • Wi-Fi Enabled. The D3300 is compatible with the Nikon WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adapter, allowing image transfer and limited camera control from a compatible smartphone. The D3300 records images to SDHC/XC memory cards and uses a rechargeable EN-EL14a battery rated for 700 shots per charge.
  • D3300 camera with body cap
  • Camera strap
  • EN-EL14a battery
  • MH-24 battery charger with cord
  • Camera bag

*Manual available by request only.

  • Please note that because of copyright regulations, we cannot send the Nikon software with the camera.
