Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full-time customer service representative for our Memphis, TN headquarters. Customer service is our #1 priority, and our customer service representatives ensure our customers have an outstanding experience every time they need to contact us. We are looking for someone who can remain calm and pleasant even under trying and stressful circumstances. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are absolute musts!

Job Functions:

  • Answer customer service emails/phone calls/chats in a fast-paced environment
  • Work through complex issues with customers and possibly third parties, such as shipping companies
  • Create shipping labels for customer orders
  • Work with customers regarding any billing issues
  • Follow up with customers who have not returned accessories from rentals

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Fast typing, with correct grammar and spelling
  • Calmness & the ability to handle a stressful office environment
  • Upbeat personality and demeanor
  • An interest in photography and videography

Verification Associate

We are seeking a full-time verification associate for our Memphis, TN headquarters. Order verification is a high priority at Lensrentals.com. Our business faces fraud threats, and our dedicated verification staff ensures we don’t approve risky or fraudulent orders. We are looking for someone who can think logically, weigh varying pieces of information, and make informed acceptance and rejection decisions quickly.

Job Functions:

  • Check customer orders for completeness and compatibility
  • Use various tools and data sources to evaluate customer orders and make approval decisions
  • Communicate with customers regarding information needed to approve their orders

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to logically work through steps and weigh various factors
  • Fast typing, with correct grammar and spelling
  • Calmness & the ability to handle a stressful office environment
  • Upbeat personality and demeanor
  • An interest in photography and videography
