The Composer Pro II for Micro 4/3 is a specialty lens body designed to work with any of Lensbaby’s Optic Swap System Optics (see Recommended on the left-hand side of this page). Key features include:
Micro 4/3 mount. This is the Micro 4/3 version of the Lensbaby Composer Pro II, compatible with Olympus, Panasonic, and Blackmagic Micro 4/3-mount cameras and camcorders.
Lens Body Only. This is just the Composer Pro II lens body. We’re renting it separately to give users the flexibility to choose which lens body and optic is right for them. See Recommended on the left-hand side of this page for compatible optic units.
Improved Build and Operation. The Composer Pro II sees an upgraded metal body with an improved tilt range of 0-15º in all directions, enabling an even greater degree of selective focus. The metal ball design delivers smooth focus and tilt control by adjusting the front optics unit’s position.
Selective Focus. The Composer Pro II’s claim to fame is selective focus. This is done by repositioning its metal ball-and-socket joint. Once you find the position that works well for you, turn the locking ring to keep it in place while you focus.
2x Crop Factor. Don’t forget, Micro 4/3-sized sensors have a 2x sensor crop factor. Keep that in mind when selecting your Lensbaby Optics!
