Letus35 Ultimate Adapter Kit

Letus35 Ultimate Adapter Kit

The Letus Ultimate is the best 35mm SLR lens adapter available and has some distinct advantages: It has low (1/2 stop) light loss, a built-in Image Correction prism that flips the image upright, and great sharpness with minimal vignetting. It also has a variable RPM spinning ground glass for the smoothest image possible. Additionally, it has a back focus adjustment ring and interchangeable thread rings for different cameras.

Our Ultimate kit includes the adapter, 72mm and 82mm rings, and a lens mount. We include the Nikon lens mount by default, however you may choose a Minolta, Canon EF, or Canon FD mount by leaving a note in the special instructions box. If you want more then one lens mount, it is available for $15/week extra, just make a note in the special instructions box. It also includes a Letus 15mm Version 2 rod support system which includes Tripod mount, camera quick release plate, L-riser for aligning the adapter with the camera, and lens support cradle. In other words, just add camera (and focus package if you wish) and you’re ready to go. And we ship it all in a custom-fit Pelican hard plastic case.

If you don’t know what this is, don’t understand its limitations, and don’t have the time to learn how to use this piece of equipment, please don’t rent it!! If you have never used a n adapter system before, it takes some experience and some practice. You will not set it up and take great footage 30 minutes later. Plan on several hours to set it up with your equipment, test and trial it, and a good half day of practice shooting to learn the basics of how to get good footage.
