The holder handles gel filters to modify the light’s color balance. It also holds diffusion material that softens the quality of light and can be used within a softbox to help limit the hot spot. The Gel Holder is compatible with the Q8 Travel and Q8 Junior Fresnels. It’s also compatible with the P360EX, P360, P200, and P180E LED lights.
