Simple HDMI Streaming. The Atomos Connect Stream 4K will accept HDMI signals up to 4K/30p through its HDMI Type A input and send it to your computer via a USB 3.1 Type A connector. If you need a device with HDMI passthrough, check out the Magewell USB Capture HDMI 4K Plus.
Standards Conversion. The Connect takes some of the load off of your computer by internally processing video resolution and frame rate conversion on the ingested video and outputting it over USB.
Compatibility. The Connect can be used with any computer featuring a USB 3.1 Type A port and will show in most apps as a USB webcam for quick setup and easy integration into whatever video streaming application you will be using.
