Dummy Battery. At the heart of the Atomos D-Tap DC Power Adapter is the dummy battery, which is essentially a Sony L-series battery with a D-tap input. From there, you just plug in the included three-foot D-tap to D-tap cable and connect it to your Anton Bauer/V-Mount battery rig.
