Updating A Photographer Favorite. The SW271C is an upgraded version of the photographer-favorite SW271. It is extremely color-accurate, with an edge-lit LED IPS panel that that has a 1000:1 native contrast ratio and 300 nits of peak brightness. This monitor can be connected via USB-C (and supports 60-watt charging), but also features two HDMI 2.0 ports and a single DisplayPort (v1.4). It is also equipped with a USB-3.1 Hub as well as an SD-card reader.

Industry-Standard Color Performance. BenQ’s AQCOLOR technology delivers color precisely as it is intended to appear. Led by a color expert, the BenQ team took part in the ICC and ISO to establish color-related standards and implementation guidelines. The BenQ SW271C also earns Calman-verified status and is Pantone-validated.

10-Bit Color Depth. Access more than one billion colors, natural shading, and smooth color gradation with the SW271C. The 16-bit look-up table (LUT) improves color blending for precise reproduction. Delta E ≤ 2 in Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces assures accuracy.

Hotkey Puck G2. At the base of the monitor is what BenQ calls its “Hotkey Puck G2”. This puck is for easy access to shortcuts that can be for different color modes. For example, the puck can swap quickly among Adobe RGB, sRGB, black and white, Rec.709, DCI-P3, and HDR.

Both feature a Hotkey Puck but the PD2732U is equipped with the newer G3 version, which can control up to three compatible monitors at once wirelessly. The G2 version that comes with this monitor is connected via Mini USB and supports only one display.
