The Canon EF-M 22mm f/2 STM is an ultra-slim pancake lens designed for Canon EF-M mount mirrorless cameras such as the EOS M6 Mark II. Key features include:
Canon EF-M Mirrorless Lens. This lens is designed specifically for Canon mirrorless cameras such as the EOS M6 Mark II. It uses an entirely different mount than the standard Canon EF and will not mount to those cameras.
Moderately Wide Angle. With a focal length equivalent to 35mm post-sensor crop factor, the EF-M 22mm is great for street, documentary, and all-around general photography use.
Fast f/2 Aperture. Gives you the flexibility to shoot in low indoor lighting conditions, or take advantage of its shallow depth of field for portraiture.
Extremely Compact. At just under an inch in length, the EF-M 22mm can stay mounted to the camera and you’ll barely notice. Despite its minuscule size, it still features internal focusing via its built-in stepping AF motor, providing fast yet smooth continuous autofocus performance in both still and video shooting. Additionally, it boasts a minimum focus distance of just 5.9" with a 1:2 maximum reproduction ratio.
