The Canon RF 7-14mm f/2.8-3.5 L Fisheye STM is a compact, ultra-wide hybrid zoom lens offering versatile functions, fast motor-powered autofocus, and exceptional image quality. Key features include:
High-Quality Hybrid FIsheye. Capture rich, detailed fisheye photos and videos with this ultra-wide Canon RF 7-14mm f/2.8-3.5! Supported by its Leadscrew-Type STM Focus Motor and Nanu USM autofocus system, this lens delivers silent, fast focusing for a range of applications. With an impressive f/2.8 maximum aperture and 190° angle of view, this lens captures mesmerizing scenes for a wide range of applications, like sports, landscapes, astrophotography, and much more!
Optical Design. Through its 11 group 16 element design, this lens uses five ultra-low dispersion glass elements and two aspherical elements to capture rich, detailed shots with high color accuracy. To improve contrast and reject flares, the elements are equipped with Air Sphere (ASC) and Super Spectra (SSC) coatings. At its 7mm focal length, imaging is centered in the frame with a full 190° circular angle of view, and at 14mm, imaging covers the entire frame with a diagonal 180° angle of view.
Function-FIrst Design. Featuring a customizable control ring and function button, this hybrid lens handles well for intuitive shooting. Its lightweight and compact construction is a perfect match for everyday use at 4.3-inches long and weighing just 1 pound. Due to the convex shape of the front glass element, this lens does not have filter threading, although the included petal-shaped hood helps reduce the amount of light entering the lens. Rain, sun, and clouds are no match to the weather-sealed design!
