The support attaches below the tracks and provides a durable crossbar to keep the rails steady. The support provides 3/8"-16 mounting threads for attaching it under the rails, and there is one in the middle so you can mount the support onto a tripod or C-stand using a separately available adapter. The deluxe support features two rail cradles, which are adjustable in height and secure onto the center support using locking levers.
