The used Leica Q Handgrip is an optional accessory designed specifically for the Leica Q. Key features include:

1/4-20" Attachment. This grip screws into the tripod socket on the bottom of the Leica Q. But fear not, as the grip itself has its own 1/4-20" thread for tripod use!
