Take It Back In Time. Add this Module 8 L1 Tuner Baltar Variable Look Adapter to your Canon RF camera and EF lens to produce that dramatic, old school footage found in movies like The Godfather! The L1 tuner is inspired by the original Baltar lenses that were popular in the 60’s and 70’s, and creates a warm, soft glow across the entire frame.
VariTune Technology. The Module 8 features VariTune technology, which is designed to help you avoid the long and brutal process of detuning your lens. No experimenting, adjusting, or modifying needed, as this technology supports autofocus from your lens and allows you to set up & lock in the look you want in just a couple of minutes.
Durability and Design. This adapter’s outer layer is constructed from an aluminum casing, and while it is durable in that aspect, the inner-workings are made from optical glass. Additionally, you’ll find a standard 0.8 MOD cine gear, a 70° adjustment dial range, and a 1/4"-20 support bracket thread on the outer rim.
