Ultra High-Speed Media Format. The ProGrade Digital 1TB CFexpress Gold 1700MB/s Type B Memory Card uses the NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 bus, enabling its impressive read speeds of up to 1700 MB/s and 1500 MB/s write speeds.

Extremely Low Latency. This card’s ultra-fast write speed ensures extremely low latency, making it ideal for the uninterrupted recording of a wide variety of codecs, including RAW 4K video; 4K and 6K ProRes 4444; and 4K, 6K, and 8K ProRes 422 HQ. The write speed is guaranteed not to drop below 400 MB/s.

XQD Compatibility. The CFexpress Type B media format uses the same form-factor as the XQD format. This means CFexpress cards may work in compatible XQD cameras that have updated firmware to support the CFexpress format. As of February 2021, we don’t currently have a list of compatible XQD cameras. Once one becomes available, we’ll add it to this page.
