The Rode PinMic is a small lavalier microphone designed to mount directly to clothing while remaining hidden. Key features include:
Easily Concealed. The Rode PinMic’s unique mic capsule detaches from the rest of the assembly. This allows the talent’s clothing to be sandwiched between the mic capsule and cable assembly, leaving only the small mic visible on the surface.
Sennheiser/RodeLink Compatible. This mic uses an industry-standard locking 3.5mm mini-plug, so it’s compatible with many common wireless kits.
Omnidirectional Polar Pickup Pattern. The omnidirectional polar pickup pattern effectively minimizes handling noise, wind noise, and plosives (popping).
