This hardwired lavalier system is comprised of the same Shure 93 lapel mic used by the SM93 and the RK100PK in-line preamplifier, which provides additional gain of approximately 10dB compared to the previous SM93 configuration. Please note, the RK100PK does require phantom power.

Excellent for Interviews. The Shure WL93 is ideal for recording interviews. It features controlled low-frequency rolloff, which minimizes clothing rustling and other mic-placement noises.
