Fast-Aperture Wide-Angle Prime. The Sigma 23mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary’s build is compact and ultra-light. It weighs just over 0.7 lb. and takes 52mm filters. Its 35mm equivalent field of view and fast f/1.4 maximum aperture make it great for portraiture, close-up photography, and much more.
High-Quality Optical Design. As a part of Sigma’s Contemporary lens line, the 23mm f/1.4 goes through rigorous testing to ensure high image quality. Its ten-group/thirteen-element optical design features three Special Low-Dispersion elements and two aspherical elements that correct for chromatic aberrations and color fringing while ensuring high image sharpness, clarity, and contrast.
