While we no longer rent this product, we do carry the Sigma fp Mirrorless.
The Sigma sd Quattro Mirrorless w/ 30mm f/1.4 DC HSM A1 is a mirrorless camera and lens bundle. Key features include:
29MP APS-C CMOS Sensor. The Sigma sd Quattro is driven by the 29MP Foveon sensor, which uses a layered pixel array to collect more color information and details than a higher-resolution (39MP) Bayer sensor. You can shoot JPEG images at up to 7680 × 5120 and RAW images at 5424 × 3616.
Dual TRUE III Image Processor. The Dual TRUE III image processor allows you to shoot up to 3.6 fps for a fourteen-shot burst and capture images in low light at up to ISO 6400.
Hybrid Autofocus System. To keep things in focus, the sd Quattro uses a combination of phase- and contrast-detect systems across nine selectable autofocus points.
Unique Styling. The sd Quattro’s body features a large, ergonomic handgrip and buttons for menu selection, autofocus, and playback. There’s also a physical switch to hop back forth between the 2.36m-dot EVF and the 3.0-inch rear LCD.
Fast Normal Lens. The bundled 30mm f/1.4 HSM A1 SA-mount lens is a good general-purpose lens. It’s a 45mm full-frame equivalent, and its fast f/1.4 aperture allows you to shoot in low light and blur your background as desired. Speaking of blur, the nine-blade rounded aperture makes for smooth and pleasing bokeh.
Optics. The 30mm f/1.4 features an updated optical formula, now comprised of nine elements in eight groups, with an aspherical element to help reduce aberrations and maintain sharpness.
