Zeiss’ Compact Prime CP.2 lenses combine the exceptional optics, color quality, and contrast characteristics that the Zeiss line of SLR lenses are known for, with fluid, protracted focus pulls. Geared focus and iris rings allow the CP.2s to integrate rapidly with follow focus rigs, and uniform 114mm barrel diameters facilitate the use of clip on matte boxes such as our O’Connor O-Box. CP.2s are perfect for narrative work where precise and deliberate focus pulls are needed (such as work on a dolly or slider) and sharp, pristine images are desired.
