8.3" Retina Display. The larger screen space lets you do more in the same familiar size. With a 2266 × 1488 resolution, P3 wide color gamut, 500 nits of brightness, and True Tone, content looks great no matter where you are. The edge-to-edge display gets rid of the larger bezels at the top and bottom of the screen, so the Touch ID sensor has been moved to the power button at the top of the device.

USB-C Compatibility. A feature carried over from the iPad Pro line, USB-C not only offers much faster charging and data speeds than the previous lightning connector, but allows compatibility with USB-C accessories like SSD’s and DisplayPort so you can transfer and view your files anywhere.

Apple Pencil 2. Previously only compatible with the Pro models, the new Apple Pencil 2 can be magnetically attached to the side of this iPad mini for storage and charging when not in use, and is great for note taking, drawing, or when you need pinpoint control of applications.

iPadOS. This iPad is updated with the latest operating system, so you can take advantage of the most recent improvements. The elegant and intuitive interface is straightforward and easy to use, and designed specifically for iPad. If you’ve used an iPhone, you’ll know what to expect.

To ensure your privacy, we erase all user data on our iPads as a routine part of our return-inspection process. You can do a full reset of the device yourself at the end of your rental, but please note that you will be unable to use the device afterwards.
