Yes. At the moment, there’s a known bug that makes focus pulling noticeably less smooth when you’re using EF-mount photo lenses with this mount and an ALEXA Mini LF with firmware versions 7.0 or later.

Is this compatible with the AMIRA?

No, this mount is not mechanically compatible with the ARRI AMIRA.
