Shine with Shogun. The Atomos 7" Shogun Ultra Monitor/Recorder sports the AtomOS 11 operating system, and offers more codec standards, including 8K Apple ProRes Raw, DNxHD, and H.265. This monitor and recorder duo is capable of recording full-quality Apple ProRes Raw files up to UHD 4K60 while simultaneously recording 1080p60 to H.265, making it a great fit for cinema style cameras.

Improved Features. This slim and lightweight monitor packs a decent punch, with more standard codecs, file name matching for easier workflows with ARRI, Canon, RED, and Sony cameras, EL ZONE System exposure and ARRI false color monitor functions, and RemoteView to live stream your views straight to the internet.

Optional NDI TX. The optional NDI transmission turns the Shogun into an NDI powerhouse capable of sending high-quality video over ordinary networks, like Wifi and mobile devices, using exceptionally low bandwidth requirements. To ensure a stable transmission, the Shogun is provided with Wi-Fi and AirGlu RF antennas.

Display and Build. The 7-inch touchscreen display is viewable in most any lighting situation, indoors and outdoors. Surrounding the touchscreen LCD is a sturdy aluminum and polycarbonate body, designed to ensure a durable barrier between your monitoring and the environment. Use the built-in tally light to get a quick update on recording status, and mount it to an arm or cage with the 3/8”-16 threads on the top and bottom.

Power and Memory. The included DC power cable will power the Shogun as needed, but this monitor also accepts L-Series batteries, like the Hawk-Woods DV-F790 L-Series Battery.
