Does this grip head mount to a C-stand or other 5/8" baby pin stands?

Natively, no. At least not in the way most users would need. If you need a grip head for use with C-stand, you’ll likely be better suited with either the Avenger D200 2.5-inch Grip Head or Avenger D800 Grip Kit
