Help! I’m in the middle of a shoot and the DJI app says the battery is “not a DJI Intelligent battery”. What should I do?

Breathe! While the warning sounds scary, it does not affect the performance of the gimbal stabilizer in any way. If time allows, we’re happy to send you a replacement battery so you don’t have to clear the warning every time. Please contact us. support@lensrentals.com | 901-754-9100
“Intelligent” batteries are great and all, but they don’t provide much of a heads up. While we test every battery upon return, this warning generally pops up out of the blue as the battery ages. We see it fairly regularly and are constantly rotating our stock to minimize occurrence. If you do get the warning during your shoot, please let us know so we can be on the lookout upon its return.

Which charger is compatible with this battery?

The DJI Smart Battery for Ronin (4350mAh) is only compatible with the DJI 57W Charger for Ronin Battery – 4350mAh
This battery cannot be charged using the older 3400mAh Ronin charger or newer 1580mAh Ronin-MX charger.

Which gimbal stabilizers is this battery compatible with?

The DJI Smart Battery for Ronin (4350mAh) is only compatible with the DJI Ronin 3-Axis Brushless Gimbal Stabilizer.
