Heavy-Duty Build. The Kessler Hercules 2.0 Fluid Head is made from solid aluminum, and can support up to 150 lbs. The legs are rated for up to 500 lbs., but we can’t confirm that ourselves. The rigid double-strut legs feature a friction-locking Posi-Lock System that interlocks into incremental lock pockets. These lock pockets allow you to equally position the legs while providing a lock that can’t slip down.

Bio-Glide Technology. The Hercules 2.0 provides extremely smooth pan and tilt movements with spring-assisted drag control. There’s a locking pin for holding the tilt in place, which lets the head function as a fluid swivel.

100mm Ball Mount. The 100mm ball mount lets you better level your rig.

Other Notable Features. This head has a positionable handle for precise movements, and a built-in bullseye level. It doesn’t have any sort of quick-release system, and you can’t mount a camera to it. The tripod legs extend to a maximum height of 64 inches and include standard pad feet.
