In this kit, you’ll find a camcorder, fluid head tripod, memory card, battery, and related accessories—every component you’ll need to start shooting. If we’ve done our job as curators, you’ll be able to unbox and assemble this kit in less than fifteen minutes, and get shooting with minimal technical expertise.
Our KIDS 4K Package – Advanced Tripod Kit provides stable fixed-position shooting with smooth pan and tilt functions. The supplied fluid head tripod gives you a compact, lightweight solution that’s entirely freestanding. The included shotgun microphone is designed to only pick up the audio in front of it, which will minimize the recording of distracting ambient noise and chatty parents standing around the camcorder.
The XA60 camcorder comes preset to record approximately 3.5 hours of high-quality Ultra HD 4K video to the included 256GB card. The fixed 20x zoom lens lets you get close to the action, even when you’re relegated to the sidelines or the back of the room.
The supplied rechargeable battery will power the camcorder for roughly two hours of continuous 4K recording (per charge) and the lower capacity BP-820 battery adds another 90 minutes to make sure you have plenty of juice to capture your shot! For longer recordings, you can use the included AC adapter or rent additional batteries and memory cards as needed (links below).
