7-foot Stand. With a maximum height just shy of 7 feet (6.9 feet to be exact), the Manfrotto Alu Mini 1051BAC light stand is a great option when you need lights at an average height. This stand features a maximum footprint of just 27.6 inches, making it ideal for tight spaces but not the best choice for large, top-heavy setups.

Compact. The Alu Mini breaks down to just 26 inches and tips the scale at 2.2 lb. The Quick Stack System (QSS) means you can fold the stand flat for easy transport.

8.8-lb. Capacity. Being a compact stand, a large weight capacity isn’t its target. It’s plenty sturdy to support any of our hot-shoe flashes, most studio strobes, and some continuous lighting. However, large modifiers would be a bit too ambitious.

Mounting Options. The 5/8" “baby” stud is compatible with most strobes and continuous lights. It has a 3/8" threaded tip for mounting accessories such as video sliders, and we also include a 3/8" to 1/4"-20 adapter to attach smaller accessories threaded for 1/4"-20.
