What’s Changed? The Panasonic AG-CX370 builds on the broadcast-focused AG-CX350 with a few higher-end upgrades to meet the demands of modern video production and live streaming. Key among those is a genlock input terminal for easy multi-camera syncing and 12G-SDI for uncompressed 4K out. While the prior camera offered a 3.5mm stereo jack that supported two-channel audio, this one supports four channels in addition to the standard dual XLR inputs. Lastly, the AG-CX370 is equipped with NDI HX2, which was designed to specifically tackle environments with poor network connections.
Optimized for Live Productions. With built-in NDI HX2 compatibility, the AG-CX370 supports video transmission and camera control over IP when paired with NDI-compatible devices, including switchers and decoders. Stream your content in UHD 4K and simultaneously record in 1080p using standard streaming protocols (you currently cannot stream in 4K while recording in 4K). Please note that simultaneous recording, streaming, and 4K output are not supported when using NDI HX2 mode. When not streaming, you can record uncompressed 4K out over SDI and HDMI at once. Broadcast-ready grading offers 16-axis color correction, skin detail, color temperature, and more. The AG-CX370 also features P2 MXF file format support for simultaneous main and proxy recording in V-Log and Hybrid Log.
Camcorder Convenient, Cinema Features. A fast and long-reaching built-in lens makes this camera pick-up-and-go convenient without giving up some core professional fittings. The lens has three-ring control for zoom, focus, and iris, along with a multistep lever on the handle for smooth zooming at slow speeds. This 24.5-490mm (equivalent) lens has minimal distortion and its i.Zoom technology supports up to 24x zoom in 4K and 32x in 1080p. Built-in hybrid stabilization gives you the option of hand-held shooting and the high-precision autofocus system performs auto-tracking with face detection. Monitoring your footage is easy with simultaneous LCD and EVF viewing and the 3:2 aspect ratio leaves room for timecode and camera status displays.
