The used Pentax SMC DA 14mm f/2.8 ED is a fast-aperture wide-angle lens designed for Pentax APS-C cameras.

The SMC DA 14mm gives users a focal length equivalent to 21mm after sensor crop. While not quite as compact as the SMC DA 15mm f/4 ED AL Limited, it provides users a faster f/2.8 aperture and the ability to use any 77mm filter.

This lens offers surprisingly good distortion control, making is perfectly suited for architectural and landscape photography. It features one high-refraction extra-low dispersion ED element, providing high-quality images with great contrast and resolving power. Its internal focusing design means the barrel says in place while focusing, as well as the focus ring not physically spinning along with autofocus.
